Requirements

Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and senior management.
Ability to work flexible or non-traditional hours, including weekends and some holidays.
Personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand.

Responsibilities

Foster SoulCycle’s community and culture in the studio, create a positive work environment, and provide exceptional hospitality to riders and staff.
Build relationships with instructors and the local community, uphold core values, and recognize team accomplishments.
Develop business plans covering ridership and retail goals; analyze and manage studio profit-and-loss statements.
Identify and execute corporate partnership and community-impact opportunities.
Ensure company-wide initiatives are implemented in the studio.
Develop and execute rider acquisition and retention plans with a marketing partner.
Identify hiring needs, provide timely feedback and coaching, and oversee onboarding, training, and development for new Assistant Studio Managers and part-time hires.
Identify and develop high-potential employees and coach the team on time management and prioritization.
Know studio-specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies, and help the team adapt to new processes and ways of working.
Manage change within the studio and team.
Handle conflict confidently in high-pressure situations and address challenging situations with a solution-oriented approach that follows company standards.
