About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven, approachable studio manager to lead the studio’s overall operations and team while supporting a welcoming, fitness-focused member experience. The role calls for someone who manages both the big picture and details, motivates a sales team, listens, and holds themselves accountable. The manager is expected to engage members, employees, vendors, and visitors personally; address issues; recognize member milestones; and surpass sales goals. Orangetheory Fitness offers a one-hour, full-body heart-rate-zone and strength-training workout in a group setting. The studio manager helps support the company’s vision of becoming the trusted global leader in innovative heart-rate-based interval training and its values of passion, integrity, accountability, innovation, and community.
