About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its La Costa studio. The role supports the student experience and includes cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. Team members are expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Team members are eligible to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with membership prices and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with the schedule varying based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
