About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member helps maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment that supports the student experience and the CPY community. The role includes cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, handling waste and laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy and demonstrate the company’s core values. This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. Members are eligible to purchase a discounted All Access yoga membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month, with the schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
