About The Position

The CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member helps create a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students at the studio. The role supports the student experience and includes access to a specially discounted studio membership. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. The position pays $17.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; the schedule varies based on studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Keep the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms clean.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
