About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its Costa Mesa studio. The role supports the student experience and the studio community while reflecting CorePower’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with the schedule varying according to studio needs. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market. The membership includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher-training programs.

Compensation is $16.90 per hour. The role also offers a discounted All Access Membership, retail discounts, continued education offerings, access to the Employee Assistance Program, and time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month; the schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
