About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member supports the student experience by maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The role offers the opportunity to connect with the CPY community and strengthen a personal yoga practice through an eligible discounted membership. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. Compensation is $17.81 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month, with scheduling based on studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
