About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) members to maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its studios. SET members support the student experience and demonstrate the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The position requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Team members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with the schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management about studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
