About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene yoga studio environment and support the student experience. The position is part-time, with a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The role also offers access to a discounted studio membership to support connection with the CPY community and personal yoga practice.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; the schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management about studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
