About The Position

TruPark USA is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Maintenance Associate to help keep its parking facilities clean, safe, and operational while contributing to a positive customer experience. The position works collaboratively with colleagues, the Parking Manager, and Building Management to uphold high standards. The role is based in Coral Gables and offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week at $16 per hour, with a hiring bonus of $150 after 30 days and an additional $150 after 90 days. Spanish is spoken at the workplace, and applicants are encouraged to apply. The associate performs routine cleaning and basic maintenance, uses cleaning and maintenance equipment, and assists with general facility upkeep. The role also includes keeping maintenance records, notifying management about repair or supply needs, and interacting professionally with customers and team members.

Requirements

Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment, such as a blower.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Conduct basic maintenance, equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures.
Use maintenance and cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, and blowers.
Assist with painting, power washing, and other general upkeep activities.
Complete special assignments as directed by management.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management about necessary repairs or supplies.
Represent TruPark professionally and courteously.
Assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions.
Promptly communicate potential safety or maintenance issues.
