The role is at Palace at Coral Gables, a luxury independent living community for active adults in Coral Gables, Florida.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and empathetic listening.
• Be responsible, punctual, resourceful, accurate, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Flexibility as to work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, public areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, and other designated areas inside and outside the building.
• Keep the facility clean and free of hazards at all times.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
• Change bed linens daily or as needed.
