About The Position

SoulCycle is hiring Studio Crew in Coral Gables to help deliver a welcoming, high-hospitality studio experience. The position supports studio management, instructors, clients, and fellow staff while helping maintain SoulCycle’s appearance, atmosphere, and culture. Duties include front-desk and class check-in support, retail product knowledge, training support for new front-desk hires, and cleaning and preparing studio spaces and equipment. Part-time employees must be available at least three days week over week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. The listed responsibilities are representative rather than exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
Work as a cohesive team with SoulCycle staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
Assist with training and coaching new front-desk staff hires.
Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment such as bikes and weights, floors, and mirrors.
Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
