About The Position

The University of Nevada, Reno’s Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies is hiring a student worker for Spring 2027 and beyond. The student will be stationed in the reception area and perform administrative and general office tasks. The position is expected to work 15–20 hours per week, with flexible hours arranged around student availability.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno as an undergraduate student with at least 6 credits during the Fall or Spring terms in any academic year.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to appropriate extensions.
• Greet guests and direct them to appropriate offices and campus locations.
• Distribute mail.
• Run errands across campus.
• Stock photocopiers and assist with making copies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
