This role supports the Associate Dean of Academic Success and the Department through the coordination of centralized intake processes, departmental workflows, documentation systems, scheduling, and operational processes that support student success initiatives and accreditation-aligned activities. Strong organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, technological proficiency, and the ability to manage complex workflows are essential to success in this role.
