About The Position

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Student Services Coordinator to support our school during weekdays and weekends. This role is perfect for someone local who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, organized experience for students, families, and teachers. As the face of the school during your shift, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while delivering exceptional, student-focused customer service.

Responsibilities

Open and close the school following the Daily Checklist
Review the daily roster for key updates (new students, makeups, last-day students)
Prepare for upcoming tours and host tours when families arrive, including follow-up
Send an end-of-day recap email summarizing tours, sign-ups, attendance issues, and any notable situations
Greet students and parents warmly—by name
Welcome new students, walk them to class, and introduce them to their teacher
Answer incoming phone calls and texts with professionalism and care
Respond to emails in the school inbox
Check voicemails and return calls promptly
Call students who are tardy or absent after 15 minutes and send makeup links as needed
Complete follow-up calls to new leads using HubSpot, following the enrollment process
Follow up on failed payments with professionalism and discretion
Review weekly priorities and complete additional tasks as assigned
Welcome teachers and ensure they clock in no more than 10 minutes before class
