About The Position

This dynamic and student-centered position supports prospective transfer students as they explore pathways to the University of Alberta, while contributing to recruitment strategy, partnership development, and the overall prospective student experience across a variety of initiatives and recruitment channels. This role uniquely supports both general Transfer Recruitment and the College of Natural and Applied Sciences (NAS), and the College of Health Sciences (CHS). It is positioned between a centralized transfer portfolio and two college-specific recruitment teams, balancing broad institutional priorities with the unique needs of NAS and CHS faculties and programs.

Requirements

• Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and in-person.
• Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.
• Varied hours of work, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Overtime required.
• Travel within the Edmonton & surrounding area.
• Possible travel within Alberta/Canada.
