About The Position

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team! As an HR Recruiter, you will be a vital part of our team, working directly with our Human Resource Manager to ensure smooth and efficient Human Resource processes. The HR Recruiter will handle various tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, policy adherence, and employee engagement through a hands-on approach. Additionally, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Leadership Team, with a clear path for career advancement and professional growth. About Us Triple Cities Metal Finishing provides a wide variety of surface finishing options to a multitude of industries including aerospace, agricultural, automotive, computer, electronics, household, industrial, medical, military, construction, and office parts. We are ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D & NADCAP Certified! Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long. Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, policies, best practices preferred.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and/or ideas professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive and professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to problem-solve issues to their root cause and work to implement corrective action.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain the total recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates using a variety of databases including HRIS Systems, Job Boards, social media and other channels.
  • Conduct interviews, both virtual and in person, and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
  • Generate official offer letters.
  • Assist the Human Resource Manager with employee engagement plans and activities.
  • Evaluate employee performance reviews for appropriateness and make recommendations as required.
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees, including their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Keep accurate records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Maintain organizational charts and employee rosters.
  • Process employee queries promptly.
  • Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies.
  • Assist with administering benefits, including open enrollment.
