The Recruiter plays a critical role in efficiently matching qualified applicants with open job orders to meet our clients’ labor needs while also supporting the career goals and needs of candidates. This role also includes counseling candidates on their career goals, maintaining positive relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring accurate and timely communication. The Recruiter is expected to maintain 1,500+ hours billed per week. Recruiters are expected to recruit “The WorkSmart Way”- with professionalism, urgency, consistency, and care- in a manner that reflects and upholds our company values. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role operates with clear performance expectations aligned with company KPIs and individual agreements that reflect strategic goals and local branch needs.
