About The Position
This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor for the course SRS1512 Section A00, 'Les religions du monde I' (World Religions I). The course covers the history of religions from prehistory and the Neolithic era up to the formation of the Roman Empire, including religions in prehistory, religions in the era of urbanization and empires, and the religions of the sacred books (Vedic, Brahmanism, Yahwism, Jainism, Buddhism in India, Zoroastrianism). The course is taught in French and is scheduled for Mondays from 11:30 to 13:00 and Thursdays from 13:00 to 14:30. The expected enrollment is 90 students, and the course is worth 3 credits. Requirements
- M.A. in Religious Studies or equivalent.
- Required expertise in the course subject matter.
- Competence in French (language of instruction).

Responsibilities
