About The Position

This position is for a Student Part-Time Professor to teach FEM1500 - Femmes, genre, féminisme: Une introduction during the Fall 2026 semester. The course offers an interdisciplinary approach to women and the intersection of social relations related to gender, race, class, sexuality, and (in)capacities in Canadian and international contexts. It introduces basic conceptual debates in feminist and gender studies and major feminist theoretical currents, while developing critical analysis skills. The course will be delivered in person.

Requirements

  • Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience teaching undergraduate courses in Introduction to Women's Studies, Feminist Studies, or Gender Studies preferred.
  • Course will be offered in person.

Responsibilities
