About The Position

This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor position for Human Resources Management (ADM2337B) during the Fall 2026 academic period at the Telfer School of Management. The course covers policies and practices related to job analysis, human resource planning, staffing, performance appraisal, training and development, wage and salary administration, and collective bargaining. The teaching method will be delivered in person, but may change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

  • Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
  • Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM.
  • Competence in a second language (passive).
