About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Operations Management (ADM3301C) during the Fall 2026 academic period at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. The course covers the nature and context of Operations Management in manufacturing and service sectors, including operations strategy, supply chain management, planning and control of operations (forecasting, aggregate planning, inventory control, MRP, ERP), and quality management. The course is taught in English and will be delivered in person.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in operations management.
- Recent professional experience in operations management.
- Knowledge of the area as per the course description.
- Teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
Responsibilities
- Teach Operations Management (ADM3301C) during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Deliver the course in person.
- Manage course content related to operations strategy, supply chain management, planning, control, and quality management.
