About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach Human Resources Management (ADM2337A) during the 2026 Fall Semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course covers policies and practices related to job analysis, human resource planning, staffing, performance appraisal, training and development, wage and salary administration, and collective bargaining. The teaching method will be delivered in person, but may change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

  • Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course
  • Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience
  • Employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD preferred in organizational behaviour or human resources management
  • Teaching experience in the area of OB or HRM
