About The Position

The School of Social Work at the Faculty of Social Sciences is seeking a Student Part-Time Professor for the course TSO 4520, "Travail social et marginalités" (Social Work and Marginalities), during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course examines the concepts of marginality and normality, explores forms of marginality, marginalization, and social deviance in Western societies, and discusses their implications for social work practice. The course will be offered in person and is scheduled for Tuesdays from 14:30 to 17:30. Requirements

  • Master's degree or doctorate in social work or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the study of social problems, phenomena of marginalization, and intervention practices with vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to teach in French.
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
