About The Position
The University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor for the Winter 2027 semester to teach the course ECH4725A, "Le défi de la démocratie dans les affaires internationales." This course examines the democratization process, policies promoting democracy, and humanitarian intervention within the foreign policy of developed nations. It defines democracy, explores its international dimensions, and analyzes the determinants of authoritarianism, human rights abuses, and democratization processes in various global regions. Requirements
- Completed or in the process of completing a Doctorate.
- Competence in a second language (English).
- Ability to teach in French.
