The Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor for the course API5526, Section A00, titled 'Microéconomie pour politiques publiques' during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course explores microeconomic principles and techniques applicable to public policy analysis, including consumer theory, firm theory, market mechanisms, and general equilibrium. It provides a framework for understanding resource allocation and welfare implications of policies such as taxation, subsidies, regulation, and government transfers. Case studies of government intervention will illustrate the concepts. The posting is limited to Regular Part-Time Professors.
