This position is for a Student Part-Time Professor to teach POL4134 - Law, Politics, and the Constitution in Canada during the Fall 2026 semester. The course focuses on modern constitutionalism, the relationships between politics and law, constitutional claims, the Charter of rights and freedoms, and the roles of the executive power and courts in Canada. The course is intended for PhD students and will be offered online in a scheduled, synchronous format with live instruction. Training in online course delivery is available. The teaching method may be modified due to public health measures or other reasons.
