About The Position

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community in Princeton, MN, offers a unique opportunity for students pursuing a nursing career through partnerships with six colleges. This program provides financial support, up to $11,000 annually, through Minnesota's Dual Training Grant program to cover tuition, books, and fees, while also offering valuable hands-on clinical experience in senior care. Participants will be hired at Elim Wellspring, receive paid on-the-job training, complete their nursing coursework at a partnered school, and graduate with real-world experience and credentials. Requirements

Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in one of the partner colleges: Anoka Technical College, North Hennepin Community College, Ridgewater College, St. Cloud Technical & Community College, Pine Technical and Community College, or St. Cloud State University.
