About The Position

As the state’s mental health agency, we handle a large volume of sensitive client records. In order to improve the efficiency, security and accessibility of these records, we are requesting the design and implementation of a dedicated medical records room within our site office. The objectives of this role include creating a secure, organized space for storing client records, developing a systemic categorization and labeling system for efficient retrieval, and implementing a record access tracking system to log who accesses records and when, ensuring full compliance of privacy standards. The scope of work involves assessing current record volume and office layout, designing the layout of the medical records room to maximize space and efficiency, specifying shelving, filing systems and labeling methods, implementing a digital or hybrid record access tracking system, and ensuring the design meets HIPPA compliance.

Requirements

  • Must have direct deposit
  • Must have received the COVID-19 vaccination and Influenza vaccination, or have taken required mitigation measures
  • Successful candidates will be required to acknowledge and attest to your vaccination status for both COVID-19 and Influenza.
