About The Position
MyEdSpace is an education technology platform that connects teachers with students. Backed by $15m in Series A funding, we are looking to scale and are seeking individuals to help build and scale MyEdSpace as part of a collaborative and ambitious team. Our mission is to make world-class education accessible to all, believing that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of geography or socioeconomic background. We are hiring our first Student Content Creator for our US team. This opportunity is ideal for a college student or someone on a gap year who holds an A grade in Calculus I, II, or III, and has achieved a 4 or 5 on the AP Calculus AB or BC Exam. The role involves crafting course materials such as homework questions, transforming lesson slides into workbooks, and organizing video solutions. This position offers full remote work with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- High school achiever with a 4 or 5 on the AP Calculus AB or BC exam.
- College/university achiever with "A" grades in Calculus I, II, or III.
- Capable of collaborative work with educators and adjusting to curriculum requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Dedicated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about educational content development.
Responsibilities
- Transforming lessons into workbooks for student use.
- Generating homework questions to complement educators' teachings.
- Archiving teachers' video solutions post-filming.
- Updating the online platform for easy student access before lessons.
- Supporting the moderation of live chat during livestream lessons.
