About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for current UND undergraduate students. The role involves welcoming and engaging with students at The Hilyard Center, facilitating programs and events that promote student success and community building, and performing other duties as assigned to support the mission and vision of The Hilyard Center and the Office of Community & Belonging.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student at UND
• Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Shown commitment to fostering community and belonging
• Prior engagement with The Hilyard Center including participation in its programs, events, or services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively with students from a variety of backgrounds
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
