About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The purpose of this position is to welcome and engage with students who visit The Hilyard Center and facilitate programs and events that promote student success and community building practices. Other duties as assigned to support the mission and vision of The Hilyard Center and the Office of Community & Belonging.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student at UND
• Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Shown commitment to fostering community and belonging
• Prior engagement with The Hilyard Center including participation in its programs, events, or services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively with students from a variety of backgrounds
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
