This position is responsible for facilitating the logistical aspects of the residential conduct process, including corresponding with involved parties, making charging decisions, assigning cases, and coordinating administrative meetings/hearings. The role also involves managing case completion, record overlays, and service indicator processes. Additionally, the position assists in developing and revising community standards and policies, collaborates with campus partners for case management and referrals, and ensures compliance with university, state, and federal regulations. A key part of the role is data reporting and records management, including maintaining records for residential conduct, conduct resolution referrals, and Housing CARE processes. This includes processing confidential information and reports, maintaining confidential conduct files, and generating various system and progress reports. The position also involves administrative coordination, such as supervising and training student assistants, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and supporting the Housing CARE process. The role may also include serving on departmental or university committees.
