About The Position
Constellation is seeking highly motivated Portfolio Management students for paid internships in 2027. The approximately 10-week internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027, and introduces interns to retail power markets. Interns work on specific projects to gain practical, hands-on experience, working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States now and in the future.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or Accounting is preferred.
- Attend an accredited college or university.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analytics and congestion analysis to support development of trading strategies for the Power FTR and Basis Books.
- Maintain and further develop key power and gas fundamental reports and models for the Power Supply team.
- Assist the Power Structuring team with developing product-specific retail campaign lists and targets.
- Verify market costs and quantities.
- Monitor price trends.
- Create and automate reports for NYISO capacity markets.
- Create a Pricing and Structuring Q&A document for the Sales Team.
- Collect, organize, and document non-standard retail contract language and create a searchable depository.
