About The Position

The Structural Engineer IV will perform structural analysis using hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) on highly loaded subsea structures, including remotely operated vehicle (ROV) frames, mechanisms, pressure vessels, ship over-boarding equipment, and advanced development projects. The position works with design engineers from a program’s initial stages through structural testing and completion, helping influence load paths and ensure structural integrity. The work includes static and dynamic studies and linear and nonlinear structural analysis, including transient shock, fatigue and fracture, bolt and weld analysis, defining load tests, DDAM, and documentation. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and may include additional duties as assigned.
