The Strategy Manager / Commercial Strategist reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing, and is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy for Trojan Technologies’ North American Municipal business. This role involves partnering with senior strategy leadership and collaborating cross-functionally across Sales & Service, Product Management, Innovation, Demand Generation/Branding, and Operations to translate market insights into prioritized growth initiatives that deliver measurable results. The position supports a global team, helping customers achieve critical water-quality objectives by enabling efficient solutions that reduce and recover costs, energy, resources, and space, ultimately delivering clean water to communities, the environment, and select industrial processes. This role is part of the Strategic Marketing team and offers a hybrid work arrangement in London, ON, or can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada.
