Across our global Neuroscience organization, we advance care for some of medicine’s most complex neurological and spinal conditions. Our Neuromodulation operating unit delivers advanced therapies for chronic pain, movement disorders, and nervous system conditions, offering SCS, DBS, and targeted drug delivery. Through proven technology, clinical evidence, and innovation, we provide personalized solutions that restore function and enhance quality of life. The Investment Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Consultant is responsible for shaping how our business understands, interprets, and communicates its position in the market. This individual translates business performance, competitive dynamics, and market intelligence into executive-ready insights that strengthen investor-facing messaging. Outside of quarterly earnings cycles, this role also serves as the competitive intelligence and market insights lead for Neuromodulation, supporting broader marketing and strategic planning efforts. For someone growth-oriented, this role offers unique exposure to executive decision-making, market dynamics, capital markets, and portfolio strategy, all within a high-visibility operating unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
