The strategist oversees the build, launch, and optimization of multichannel campaigns; manages marketing data and platform processes; and delivers reporting and insights to improve engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution, strong data discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role, with time divided between the office and working from home.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of working knowledge and experience in performance marketing, marketing automation, and/or demand generation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using Marketo to build, test, deploy, and optimize email, landing page, form, event, webinar, nurture, triggered, and multichannel programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics, including campaign structure, lead and contact management, reporting, and sales handoff processes.
  • Working knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, lifecycle automation, lead management, preference management, and campaign attribution.
  • Strong data management skills, including data quality review, field mapping, normalization, deduplication, consent management, and governance.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong structured communication skills and the ability to explain marketing automation, CRM, and data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong quality assurance and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Implement and maintain lead management processes, including acquisition, source tracking, scoring, qualification, routing, recycling, and handoff to sales, aligned with service levels and governance standards.
  • Maintain reusable program templates, tokens, forms, landing pages, smart campaigns, and operational workflows to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Maintain marketing data quality through standardized field usage, list management, segmentation, deduplication, normalization, consent management, and routine data audits.
  • Monitor integrations and data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, and connected platforms; troubleshoot sync, workflow, and campaign-processing issues; and coordinate resolution with technology, operations, and data partners.
  • Test marketing tactics, plan and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests for subject lines, content, audiences, cadence, and conversion experiences, and apply findings to ongoing optimization.
  • Define campaign KPIs, track campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, analyze delivery, engagement, conversion, lead quality, client activity, and business contribution, and recommend optimization opportunities.
