Strategic Projects Executive

Kattsafe•Whitestown, IN

About The Position

The Strategic Projects Executive is Kattsafe’s most experienced solutions seller and owns qualified Strategic Projects deals from handoff through close. The role leads consultative solution design and presentations with owners, engineers, and general contractors; develops proposals and pitches; negotiates and closes complex, high-value projects; and provides a clean handover to the Projects & Services team. The executive is the client’s main contact from proposal through delivery and is expected to combine deep technical and mechanical knowledge of Kattsafe products with the commercial skills needed to manage multi-stakeholder projects and long sales cycles. The role includes accepting qualified handoffs, confirming project scope and commercial details in discovery, leading site walks and technical risk assessments, coordinating estimating and design support, owning final proposals, and presenting offers face-to-face. The executive maintains decision-maker maps and pursuit scorecards, keeps deal records and next steps current in HubSpot, and leads project kickoff and handover after an award. They remain engaged through delivery and pursue design criteria, follow-on phases, and referrals. The role also mentors Inside Sales Representatives on complex pursuits.
