Lead strategic project and account activities and sales efforts in an assigned local territory. Increase Sika sales and project acceptance for key products in its portfolio by driving value-added, solution-based, and consultative sales across all target markets and sales divisions. Develop sales opportunities by engaging owners, architects, consultants, engineers, design-build firms, contractors, and other territory influencers. Build foundational knowledge of Sika’s key product lines—including liquid-applied membranes, sealing and bonding, refurbishment, roofing, flooring, concrete, and waterproofing—to identify and position products and solutions. Identify construction projects at their earliest stages and build a strong pipeline of major projects with significant potential across target markets. Secure specifications and work to ensure Sika products are approved and specified before projects go to bid. Collaborate closely with local sales colleagues to maximize opportunities on major projects and key accounts. Understand competitors and recommend strategic actions to win business. Prepare and deliver formal and informal presentations and seminars to audiences including architects, engineers, contractors, owners, applicators, concrete producers, and design/build teams. Sika describes a culture of entrepreneurship, employee development, workplace safety, community involvement, and sustainability. Compensation is competitive and based on local market benchmarks and role scope, as well as relevant skills, education, and training.
