Strategic Partnerships Manager (Founding Role)

Riderflex•San Francisco, CA
•$180,000 - $230,000•Onsite

About The Position

This founding role will build and scale the company’s ecosystem partnerships and go-to-market alliances. The position identifies, negotiates, and manages strategic relationships across cloud providers, AI platforms, systems integrators, channel partners, and enterprise technology ecosystems. Working directly with company leadership and GTM leaders, the partnerships leader will expand the company’s reach, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and develop durable relationships. The role combines business development, partnerships, strategic relationship management, and ecosystem growth. It is an individual-contributor builder role, not a people-management position, with significant ownership in a fast-moving company. The company is open to candidates at senior manager, director, head, or VP level; a VP candidate must be willing to carry a sales quota or otherwise carry a bag for a period. The position reports directly to company leadership. The company is a venture-backed voice AI business whose platform provides AI agents for enterprise contact-center sales, support, and logistics calls. Its stated 2026 goal is to build a full customer-experience platform in which AI workers serve as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, with on-site work expected and frequent travel required.
