The Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships and identify, onboard, activate, and enable new partners that will deliver unprecedented value to our customer community. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will design and articulate the shared value proposition, or “Better Together” story, for Chargebee and its strategic partners, to bring highly differentiated solutions to the market. To be successful, this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse set of teams, including internal and external sales, marketing, product, and partner teams. Day to day responsibilities include engaging with our partners in support of shared marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating product development and enhancements, and the training and support of commercial teams. Each Strategic Partner will have a plan in place to drive program momentum and adoption, increase referrals and cosell opportunities, and manage joint go-to-market activities. Top candidates will have a solutions mindset and experience with value selling and differentiation strategy. You possess outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. You are expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.
