About The Position

Alloy is hiring a Strategic Partner Development Manager for its Banking & Channel Sales team. The team sells directly and through channel partners to banks and credit unions. The role owns the early lifecycle of strategic platform relationships: identifying and signing new partners, developing joint plans, coordinating integrations and go-to-market motions, and transitioning launched partners to Partner Account Managers for ongoing management. The position reports to the VP of Banking & Channel Sales and works closely with Sales, Technical Solutions, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Partner Ops. This role is based in Alloy’s hybrid-work environment. Local employees are expected to work onsite three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, at the company’s Union Square, Manhattan headquarters. The anticipated base salary is $140,000 to $201,000, with a 60/40 base-and-commission structure. The position is also eligible for stock options and a benefits package.
