•$140,000 - $201,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Alloy is hiring a Strategic Partner Development Manager for its Banking & Channel Sales team. The team sells directly and through channel partners—including account opening, loan origination, digital banking, and other enterprise platforms—to banks and credit unions. The partner ecosystem is a core growth engine, and Alloy is expanding it to include more strategic, emerging partners. Reporting to the VP of Banking & Channel Sales, this role owns the early lifecycle of Alloy's most important platform relationships: identifying and signing new strategic partners, developing joint plans, and establishing the integrations and go-to-market motions that make partnerships productive. The manager works with Sales, Technical Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Partner Ops, then transitions launched partners to Partner Account Managers for ongoing management. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. Employees are expected to work onsite at the Union Square, Manhattan headquarters Tuesday through Thursday, with many employees working from home on Monday and Friday. Compensation includes a base salary of $140,000 to $201,000 on a 60/40 base-plus-commission structure, equity awards in the form of stock options, and a benefits package.
