Strategic Operations Lead, Fulfillment

Turing is seeking an experienced StratOps Lead to join their Operations team. This high-impact role focuses on driving critical initiatives from concept to execution to scale up. The StratOps Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to define strategies, milestones, and success metrics, while also being responsible for the outcomes of the initiatives. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong mix of operational and management consulting experience, who is eager to work on company-wide initiatives with a "general manager" mindset.

Driving and owning one (or at most two) critical initiatives end to end i.e., from concept to strategy to execution to scale up.

Defining the strategy for the initiative, potential impact, success metrics and go/no go.

Being a key strategic thought partner to the Head of Fulfillment, Head of R&D, and other senior leaders.

Defining execution plans with key milestones and success metrics – including MVPs and scaleups – with close cross functional coordination.

Engaging with GTM, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations stakeholders to align project objectives, secure necessary resources, and drive project success.

Being responsible for the outcomes of the initiatives.

• Experienced in operational and management consulting
