About the position
Turing is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their Enterprise Customer Success team. This high-impact role focuses on driving success for key strategic customers, from onboarding to project delivery. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with various departments to align project objectives, secure resources, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong mix of operational and management consulting experience, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer success for 1-3 of the most important strategic customers for Turing.
- Define the strategy for setting up operations, defining key milestones and project roadmap, and work cross-functionally to execute.
- Help shape the future roadmap of enterprise customer service delivery at Turing, including providing input to product input for the Head of R&D.
- Engage with fulfillment, GTM, delivery teams, marketing, product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to align project objectives, secure necessary resources, and drive project success.
- Be responsible for the outcomes of the customer.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work with multiple groups and disciplines
- Action-oriented with a strong bias for action
- Analytically robust and able to leverage data for insights and decision-making
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
- 2-3 years of experience at a top management consulting firm (preferred)
- 2-3 years of operational and management consulting experience (preferred)
