About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is a provider of onsite dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services to senior facilities across 24 U.S. states. The Strategic Operations Coordinator supports operational excellence by managing and optimizing patient-care logistics for an assigned market. The role coordinates schedules and resources, works with facilities and field teams, tracks specialized lab cases and follow-ups, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and market performance. It is suited to a proactive, organized communicator who wants to grow in a mission-focused healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strategic foresight.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and determination.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient-visit scheduling strategically to maximize efficiency and use of onsite healthcare services.
- Communicate proactively with facilities to coordinate visits and ensure preparedness.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and operational roadblocks.
- Monitor and manage specialized lab cases across optometry, podiatry, dental, and audiology.
- Collaborate with field teams and facility stakeholders to maintain a seamless flow of care.
- Develop tracking systems to support timely follow-ups and improved patient outcomes.
- Maintain and optimize comprehensive calendars, aligning facility visits and specialties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and market performance.
- Serve as the central communication hub, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Confirm field-team readiness and address operational issues before they affect service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation.
- Respond to logistical challenges and provide effective solutions.
