About The Position

Federal Staffing Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiative Officer to support a client in Springfield, Virginia. The role focuses on managing processes and information related to GEOINT accreditation and certification, including candidate records, certification program reporting, and the preparation of assessments for senior government leaders. A TS/SCI clearance is required. The listed salary range is $80,000–$100,000.

Requirements

TS/SCI clearance.
Experience developing and managing large and complex databases.
Demonstrated experience applying quality control measures.
Ability to visually depict complex data for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Ensure the GEOINT certification application process is consistent, accessible, secure, and compliant with DoD Manual 3305.10 guidelines and procedures.
Protect the security of candidate records, scores, and certification and decertification documents.
Track candidates from initial request through certification and report information to DoD Components.
Ensure data maintenance policies define need-to-know criteria and GEOINT-related system access requirements.
Include supporting process documentation as part of the PDD.
Ensure requirements align with the considerations in the DITEB Guide for the Development and Management of a Nationally Accredited Professional Certification Program.
Design the system of record to serve as the Candidate Management component described in the DITEB guide.
Establish and coordinate a process for developing, reviewing, and endorsing each DoD Component’s Annual Report on GEOINT Accreditation and Certification.
Establish and implement a process for collecting and disseminating GEOINT Certification Program information to and from NSG members and DoD Components.
Collect metrics on each DoD Component’s GEOINT Certification Program status for an annual report to the USD(I).
Integrate NGA and DoD Components’ Annual Reports on GEOINT Accreditation and Certification into a comprehensive assessment and evaluation package for the Director, NGA, and subsequent delivery to the DNI.
