About The Position

At Compass International Holdings, the Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) helps expand the market by generating new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team. The role educates Compass agents about the benefits of contributing to the company’s strategic growth and identifies prospective agents in their networks who may be introduced to the closing team. SGPs partner with Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) and work toward progressing into an SGM closing sales role through onboarding and a formal SGP-to-SGM training program. This is an onsite role based in the 891 Beach Street office, involving direct engagement with the local Compass Agent Community and in-person collaboration with the Strategic Growth team.
