The role establishes processes for communication, documentation, and resource development; oversees the team’s communications across HMH divisions; and develops internal presentations on the team’s work, data-informed integrated sales, and best practices for using the team. The position requires extensive travel of up to 80%, including frequent overnight stays. Compensation is $130,000–$140,000 plus incentives.
